Kathy Biggar (Baker) was a true HiddenHero. Her legacy - the Listeners - has not only saved lives, but also transformed the way prisoners are seen and paved the way for the wide range of peer mentors, and improved level of prisoners consultation, we now see across the prison estate. She was also a great friend to many people - of which I was privileged to be one.
